Nothing is more important to Crystalize Care Services than the health and safety of our service users, and that of our team. In response to the overwhelming need to try to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are taking precautionary measures to protect us all, so that we may continue to provide the same level of service and support you expect from us.

We ensure that our staff are aware and understand the importance of pandemic preparedness and will carry out preparations by following the checklist in Crystalize Care Services Pandemic Policy and Procedure. We understand the importance of business continuity during this time of uncertainty therefore are working very closely with our partners, suppliers and commissioners to ensure that a safe and effective service can be maintained.
